Welcome to our NEWEST Bread Loaves and Rolls workshop with Barrys Bakes
Harry from Barrys Bakes is our Professional Chef and Artisan baker for over 17 years. From Gastro pub to Michelin star restaurants then transferring into my real passion of baking, working in some of the most respected bakeries from the Cotswolds to London working my way up from amateur to head baker.
With an unwavering passion for his craft and a wealth of knowledge to share, I’m excited to have him at the CakeSmith joining our team to teach and share the information he has accrued and get people to love gluten as much as we do!
This workshop is all about Multiseed bread loaves and fabulous super soft rolls and to teach you the basics to bread making and to get you to the next level of your baking game with fun learning to become one step closer to becoming that master baker.
What to Expect:

🍫 Prep Your Own yummy Bread to take home and bake, so get ready to unleash your inner baker!
🎉 You will learn the baking basics such as flour types, fundamental baking techniques, proofing & fermentation and lots more...
🍪 Indulge: in some freshly made scrumptious breads with Charcuterie nibbles and refreshments with informal discussions & questions (Any dietary requirements please let us know before booking a place on this workshop)
💖 All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a baking novice or a seasoned pro, my workshop is designed for everyone to enjoy.

You will also need a cast iron bread oven dish to continue your sourdough journey at home, these can be purchased on the day for an extra cost.
