In this Introduction to Filled Pasta Experience, join sfoglino Richard, agraduate of the prestigious Vecchia Scuola Bolognese in Italy, and discover the joys of making pasta the traditional Italian way, with just a rolling pin and your hands.
What to expect
- A warm welcome: As you arrive, you will be welcomed with an arrival drink that sets the tone for the pasta experience ahead
- Create magic from simplicity: You’ll learn how to make an egg dough, the starting point for your pasta journey, anda couple of classic fillings from Emilia Romagna
- Connect with tradition: using only a rolling pin, roll your dough out and learn to create a variety of filled pasta shapes, including tortelloni, cestini, and caramelle
- Each person will take home your pasta to enjoy at home, including one of the hidden gems of traditional sauces from Bologna
- All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a pasta novice, or a lover of Italian cookery our workshop is designed for everyone to enjoy.
Workshop Details:
- Duration: Approximately 3-4 hours of pasta perfection
- Bring your friends, your partner and meet new people – everyone is welcome!
- To avoid low attendances, there is a minimum of 2 people per booking (Please get in touch if you would like to book 1 person)
