In this Introduction to Rolling Pasta Experience, join sfoglino Richard, a graduate of the prestigious Vecchia Scuola Bolognese in Italy, and discover the joys of making pasta the traditional Italian way, with just a rolling pin and your hands.
What to expect
- A warm welcome: As you arrive, you will be welcomed with an arrival drink that sets the tone for the pasta experience ahead
- Create magic from simplicity: You’ll learn how to make an egg dough, the starting point for your pasta journey
- Connect with tradition: using only a rolling pin, roll your dough out and learn to create a variety of simple shapes, such as tagliatelle, farfalle and strozzapreti
- Each person will take home your pasta to enjoy at home, including one of the hidden gems of traditional sauces from Bologna
- All Skill Levels Welcome: Whether you’re a pasta novice, or a lover of Italian cookery our workshop is designed for everyone to enjoy
Workshop Details:
- Duration: Approximately 3 hours of pasta perfection
- Bring your friends, your partner and meet new people – everyone is welcome!
- To avoid low attendances, there is a minimum of 2 people per booking (Please get in touch if you would like to book 1 person)
